PART I - Josef Albers
For this exercise, a painting from the artist Josef Albers was selected to be duplicated. The painting selected was: ¨Study for Homage to the Square¨.
In order to duplicate this painting the following steps were performed:
1. After the painting was selected, the canvas was set to size (400, 400). Since the canvas was used as the main square, the fill color was set to the one of the main square in the picture.
2. Next, a second square was drawn scaling the dimensions as the middle square from the image, with the color being set accordingly.
3. Finally and following what was performed in the previous step, a third square was drawn with the specific color of the painting.
